Frustrated with the incentive structure of the brokerage business, Roy Sokolowski started his first Registered Investment Advisory firm in 1998 because he believed there was a better way to provide financial services. He chose the RIA structure because he believed a structure free from commissions best aligned the incentives of the advisor and the client. Robert & Jenn purchased the firm from Pat & Roy in 2022. Although the company has grown and changed over the two decades, including a few name changes and relocation to South Carolina, the drive to always do what is in our client’s best interest remains.
